Our MAN customer service provides post-warranty repairs of all types of MAN commercial vehicles and buses as well as vehicles that use MAN chassis or aggregates.
HISTORY
Our maintenance service for MAN vehicles was established in 1997 at ČSAD Uherské Hradiště a.s. to provide a high-quality repair base for our own MAN commercial vehicles. Gradually, its activities were extended to accommodate repairs for external customers from a wide area.
SERVICES
Our MAN customer service provides post-warranty repairs for all types of MAN commercial vehicles and buses as well as vehicles that use MAN chassis or aggregates. We perform mechanical, electrical, and body work. We have an emergency vehicle ready and available for repairs on location. In cooperation with external suppliers, we also paint vehicles using state-of-the-art technology. We provide regular maintenance of vehicles, preparation for Vehicle Testing Station inspections, emission measurements, tachograph calibrations, and repairs of Eberspächer and Webasto independent heating systems. As ancillary services, we offer tire service; sales of diesel fuel, oils, and lubricants; and washing of commercial vehicles in the Christ automatic washing facility and by hot or cold WAP.
EQUIPMENT
Our MAN maintenance services are performed in a spacious garage that meets all the most up-to-date environmental, safety, and health requirements. It is equipped with the state-of-the-art servicing and diagnostics technology needed to maintain and repair technologically advanced vehicles, such as the new MAN TGX. Our equipment naturally includes all necessary special tools, instruments, and fixtures for individual vehicle series.
PERSONNEL
We employ maintenance service and repair personnel trained for MAN vehicles. The individual workers have completed both the general training for MAN service workers and special training in individual areas of MAN vehicle construction or individual assemblies. The knowledge and skills of our employees are continuously updated through training programmes focused on new types of vehicles and assemblies, and on new knowledge and technologies of vehicle maintenance and repair.
SPARE PARTS
We use original MAN spare parts for repairs; all the most common parts are in stock. If a part is not in stock, deliveries from the central warehouse usually arrive by the next business day.
REFERENCES
The largest customer of our MAN maintenance service is its parent company, ČSAD Uherské Hradiště a.s. Its fleet includes more than 100 MAN vehicles in the TGA, TGL, and TGX series.
